NB questions Kyoto clean air targets

Fredericton, N.B. – 'We're asking the federal govt to give us a few answers'
Eight Canadian premiers including Premier Bernard Lord are telling the prime minister to reconsider ratifying the Kyoto Protocol on climate change. All but Quebec and Manitoba say they face too many unknown costs from reducing greenhouse gasses.
