Urban Forest Innovations Inc., the Green Infrastructure Ontario Coalition, and LEAF are hosting a special public lecture to convey knowledge and ideas to Canadian Engineers, Urban Planners, Arborists, Landscape Architects and related professionals and students.
Joris Voeten, Urban Green Engineer at SHFT – Smart Innovative Concepts in The Netherlands, will share the complexities of designing a UNESCO heritage site in Amsterdam to allow for maximum tree growth. He will also share the results of Tree-Terra, a 100% recycled soil designed for trees in paved in urban settings.
