Milton – Are you interested in renewable energy and want to learn more?
The Hamilton Halton Energy Awareness Team (HHEAT) is presenting an introductory workshop called Building Community Power Co-operatively, where you can learn about the benefits of renewable energy, such as solar, wind, bio-energy and hydro.
The workshop will also introduce the idea of Community Power (locally-controlled, decentralized energy systems) and begin exploring the potential for local, community-owned renewable energy co-operatives. Find out how you can invest in renewable energy as collective investors.
