Green Calgary will be celebrating the connection between the arts and the environment at its Red Wine, Blue Cheese, Green Art fundraising gala held on November 3, 2011.
The Gala, held at Hotel Arts, will be an evening brimming with fun, creative and thought-provoking elements including locally sourced organic menu, live and silent art auctions, and renowned musical and theatrical talent, all presented in an environmentally inspiring way.
Green Calgary will also be hosting its Green Art Marketplace, to be held at Hillhurst United Church on Friday, November 4 from 5-9pm, and Saturday, November 5 from 10am-4pm.
More than 30 local artists will be showcasing and selling their environmentally-themed artworks. Feel good about your holiday shopping or art for yourself!
