Slow, Local and Rooted

 

Slow Food Vancouver is teaming up with local Chef and Holistic Cooking Instructor Andrea Potter of Rooted Nutrition for a three-course dinner and cooking class featuring food and wines from the Similkameen Valley and the Gulf Islands.
