Creative and responsive to changing social pressures, BC Housing is recognized as a well-managed organization where people are passionate about their socially relevant work. It’s different here.

You’ll also develop design standards and tenant engagement programs that promote energy efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, you’ll work to build business cases that advocate energy efficiency projects.

Your completion of the Sustainable Energy Management Associate Certificate program from BCIT will be necessary for this role, as would your knowledge of: building mechanical, electrical and green-building systems; energy and economic analysis tools; the BC Building Code; and technical and case-study report writing using MS Office applications. Detail-oriented, professional, approachable and a great communicator, you have what it takes to take BC Housing into the future. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel and work periodic evenings and weekends will be required.

Share in the rewards of working with an organization that offers challenging work, competitive compensation and supports the growth and development of its people.
