TOYOTA PARTNERS WITH THE OTTAWA GO GREEN EXPO FOR ANOTHER YEAR OF HELPING CANADIANS GO GREEN.
OTTAWA, Ontario – National Event Management President, Fred Cox, announced today that Toyota Canada has joined on board once again as the presenting sponsor of the Ottawa Go Green Expo. After a successful event in March 2009, the annual Expo will return to Lansdowne Park on March 20 & 21, 2010. The two-day event will allow people to experience hundreds of the greenest programs, products and services, and feature inspiring local speakers and celebrities who are making a difference in the world.
“We are thrilled that Toyota Canada is returning as the event’s presenting sponsor and to be partnering with such a trusted and respected brand” stated Cox. “Their commitment to providing proven and sustainable transportation solutions makes them a perfect fit for this show.”
The event is a great balance of shopping with relevant speakers and interactivity — trying to encourage consumers how to green their business, their home, and their families. Consumers will be immersed in living green with home and garden experts, local and organic cooking demos, food sampling, a preview of the latest eco-fashion and beauty products, eco-tourism, alternative transportation options like Toyota’s gasoline-electric hybrid vehicles, wellness, green building, and so much more. There is truly something for everyone at this community event!
The Ottawa Go Green Expo schedule of features and presentations will be announced in February at www.ottawagogreenexpo.com. The Ottawa Go Green Expo, presented by Toyota, takes place Saturday, March 20 to Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Lansdowne Park.
