Ecology North – Sustainable Living is Not an Alternative – It is the Only Choice

Ecology North was established 30 years ago and continues to thrive through its work in contributing to ecologically sustainable planning. Environmental education, natural history activities and conservation have been driven by much volunteer energy.

Ecology North is working on a campaign we call “Make the Pipeline Green.”

We are trying to raise awareness about the Mackenzie Gas Project and encourage the proponents and regulators to ensure it is only approved if it does not result in environmental damage to the Mackenzie Valley or a net increase in Canada’s greenhouse gas emissions.
