Do something good with that discarded Christmas tree

After rocking around the Christmas tree, make sure you compost it. While you’re at it, why not overhaul your entire
post-holiday routine, from the way you dispose of leftover turkey and burned-out Christmas lights to how you pack up your greeting cards and holly?

They can be chipped and composted, with the product going to parks, landscapers and residents.
