A national environmental group says New Brunswick needs to do more to promote energy efficiency as the province saw the largest decline in a report ranking the provinces and territories on its conservation programs.
The Canadian Energy Efficiency Centre, a non-government organization, dropped New Brunswick’s ranking from a B+ to a C+ for 2005.
