The Manitoba Food Security Website is a central site that allows community partners from across northern, rural, and urban Manitoba to connect, communicate, showcase their projects, and share resources.
On the site you will see buttons for the three regional areas and the Manitoba Food Charter, a province wide initiative. We hope that this website becomes a valuable tool for communication across Manitoba.
The Manitoba Food Security Website was started in 2005 by the Bayline Regional Roundtable with funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada and support from CIMNET, who developed this community accessible web tool that allows community groups to maintain their own websites.
