Bathurst paper recycler calls it quits

The closure of a northern New Brunswick pulp mill continues to cause a ripple effect across the region. The only company that collects and recycles office paper in the area has stopped service to the north, leaving thousands of tonnes of paper headed to the dump. – CBC
