Northwestern Ontario Conservation Program

In August, 2004, NCC opened a new office in Fort Frances as part of the Northwest Ontario Conservation Program. In partnership with the Rainy Lake Conservancy and the Rainy River Field Naturalists, with funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation and The Nature Conservancy’s Minnesota Chapter, the program will vitalize conservation planning and action from Rainy Lake to Lake of the Woods, a region recognized as one of NCC
