Coalition to Save Eagleridge Bluffs

The goal of the Coalition to Save Eagleridge Bluffs at Horseshoe Bay is to preserve the unique biodiversity of Eagleridge Bluffs, the Larson Creek Wetlands and the Baden-Powell Trail that connects them. The Coalition supports a 4-lane divided tunnel for this section of the “Sea to Sky Highway Improvement Project” rather than the 4-lane overland option that the Provincial Government is proposing. The Coalition intends to capitalize on public support for protecting these values while working to inform the Provincial Government that our alternative will save an irreplaceable natural environment while meeting all the criteria for function, longevity, safety and cost.
