Visitors to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Whistler, British Columbia could be helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions with every french fry they eat. That’s because the oil used to cook their fries might also be fueling their bus ride back to the hotel. That’s one vision of an EcoAction-supported project to create a unique community-sized biodiesel collection and production system.
