Anti-Racist Environmental Coalition (AREC) is a grassroots network of people who actively work to develop multiracial, anti racist, environmental justice strategies and actions in the movement against environmental racism and anti-racist environmental justice. AREC believes that no one can talk or organize around environmentalism without also talking about racism and other forms of oppression.
