The Mayor of Winnipeg, a provincial
minister and the CEO of Manitoba Hydro got
together Friday at the the largest landfill
site in North America – Brady Road in Winnipeg. With seagulls whirling overhead and
the stench of garbage in the air,
the politicians talked about a positive use
for city landfill sites.
