P.E.I. MAY BAN CHEMICAL SUSPECTED IN FISH KILLS

The P.E.I. government may ban the use of a farm pesticide that is prone to causing fish kills, Premier Pat Binns said Tuesday. He did not name it, but other sources identified it as an insecticide called azinphos-methyl.
