Hunting ban sparks caribou rebound

Whitehorse, Yukon – Biologists say the once-threatened caribou herds of the southern Yukon seem to be slowly recovering. Early assessments of caribou herds around Whitehorse show they've had another good summer. Researchers are flying over the Southern Lakes region this month to check on the health of the animals.
