Nelson House, MB – Officials from the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation and the top brass of Manitoba Hydro signed on the dotted line at a ceremony in a Nelson House arena on Tuesday, making them partners in an agreement-in-principle that includes the Cree Nation in Hydro's future dam projects.
