Fort Providence, N.W.T. – Two more Deh Cho communities in the Northwest Territories are signalling they're ready to make a decision about aboriginal ownership of a proposed Mackenzie Valley pipeline. The debate was re-ignited at a meeting in Fort Providence Wednesday.
