The Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) is part of a not-for-profit conservation organization with 12 regional chapters across the country. CPAWS is Canada's grassroots voice for wilderness, working to preserve our nation's natural landscapes. We accomplish this by helping to establish new parks and protected areas, by working to ensure that governments put nature first in park management, and by involving Canadians in parks and wilderness protection issues.
