Yellowknife, N.W.T. – The environmental consultant for an N.W.T. aboriginal group says the territorial government's plans for hydro development could be devastating to the Mackenzie Valley region. Petr Cizek says his maps show that two of the proposed 'run-of-the-river' dams on the MacKenzie would mean extensive flooding in the Deh Cho.
