The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario (ECO) released the 2007/08 annual report on October 21.
The report offered some harsh criticisms of government action with respect to Ontario’s “undervalued water” systems. The report argues that more effective monitoring of water resources is essential, given the current stresses on these systems.
