Environmental Coordination Office of Students (ECOS)

The Environmental Coordination Office of Students (ECOS) strives to increase student environmental awareness and leadership, educate and involve the community, and strengthen the environmental networks of University students, faculty and administration.

ECOS facilitates individual, group, and class-related projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the University of Alberta. We’re also a member of the Sierra Youth Coalition and the Youth Environment Network, two organizations working to link environmental work across Canada. We are also a member of the Alberta Environmental Network.
