The fear of increased density being whipped up by a few residents in the Norquay neighbourhood of the Renfrew-Collingwood community in east Vancouver is evidence enough of the need for stronger regional planning in metropolitan Vancouver.
Some people in the Norquay neighbourhood fear change. What else is new? We all fear change. More often than not, those things we fear are those very same things that the change is aimed at avoiding or at least addressing.
