Cropper in C#: a quick and easy screen capture tool

Here is a screen-capture tool that I have been using for a year that works great. No more inefficient-shoddy PrtScn captures that are low image quality and that you have to probably have to edit.

it to easily crop out sections of vector graphic files such as
Fireworks without having to flatten the files or open in a new editor.
Use it to easily capture parts of a web site, including text and
images. It’s also great for writing documentation that needs images of
your application or web site.“

The features that I like about it is that you can re-size the cropper box on the fly and output to either your clipboard or to a desired folder in either .bmp, .jpg. or .png file formats. It is a very light program and can sit in your system tray as an icon whenever you need it.
