The Manitoba Student Transportation Network is a vehicle trip reduction program designed to encourage high school and university students to become leaders in the green commuting initiative at their schools. The MSTN is a campaign to get students and staff to use alternative means of commuting to and from school. The MSTN program will provide interested students with the resources and support needed to implement and sustain a campaign at their school.
