Osborne open to Labrador wilderness debate

The Newfoundland and Labrador government is reviving debate about a 30-year-old proposal to create a wilderness area in western Labrador.
Environment Minister Tom Osborne has agreed to work with an environmental group on the proposal to protect the Lac Joseph area.
Environmental groups want restrictions on development in forests southwest of Churchill Falls.
