Saint John watershed protection debated

Saint John, N.B. – 'It's the risk of minor sources of pollution accumulating'. The city of Saint John and the province are at loggerheads over protection of the city's water supply. The province is proposing to allow motor boats on Loch Lomond, the city's major water source. But the city wants stricter controls on boats using the lake and no motors.
