Green Building Workshop: Effective Commissioning for Existing Buildings
Build your skills in determining the appropriate level of effort, actions, national and local standards, cost options, and reasonable timelines in an effectively commissioning an existing building. After taking this half-day course, you’ll be able to correctly and consistently interpret LEED requirements, develop effective requests for proposals, differentiate between service providers, and consistently identify the quality of service received in commissioning or recommissioning buildings.

This one-day interactive workshop discusses the LEED certification process and the tools in place to assist applicants seeking LEED Canada project certification for New Construction. This workshop addresses a number of the more complex documentation requirements in the LEED NC 1.0 + addendum and application guides for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings (MURB), Campus and Multiple Buildings (CMB) and Core and Shell (CS).
