I recently came across a virtual workshop hosted by the New Brunswick Environmental Network (NBEN) and ACAP Saint John, that aims to inspire and mobilize young people to take an active role in ocean conservation efforts. The workshop provided a platform for expert speakers to share their insights on marine preservation and sustainable practices, highlighting the importance of protecting our oceans.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions and collaborative activities designed to deepen their understanding of environmental challenges while encouraging them to take action within their communities. The goal of the workshop is to empower youth to become advocates for ocean health, driving positive change and contributing to global conservation initiatives. Watch the workshop recap below….
