TREC Education is looking for volunteers for its 8th annual Kids World of Energy Festival from May 6-9 2015 at Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto.
The Kids’ World of Energy Festival is a four-day environmental children’s festival focused on renewable energy and energy conservation.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable volunteer experience through:
Working hands-on with students and youth;
Gaining in-depth knowledge about renewable energy; and
Strengthening your leadership, teaching and communication skills
And something that will look great on your resume.
We are looking volunteers for the following positions:
Workshop Facilitator
Activity leader
Classroom Ambassador
Food Prep Organizer
We are also looking for Team leaders, which require a 3 day commitment to train other volunteers and be the ‘go to’ person on the days of the festival.
