This workshop takes place at Sustainability Network/CSI-Spadina in Toronto on Wednesday, May 27 (applications due by April 29).
The workshop is designed to help leadership teams of 3-4 (including board members) get clarity on:
• The feasibility of their idea including market conditions
• The basic elements of a potential business plan for their idea including draft financials, and impact targets
• Next steps including key assumptions that they need to validate and test.
The workshop will be led by Norm Tasevski, co-founder and partner with Purpose Capital. Norm has spent his career working with and for impact-minded for-profit, non-profit and government organizations.
*Participating organizations will also be eligible to apply for an implementation grant in July 2015 to engage a coach to help them with development following the workshop.
