The conference kicks off with keynote speaker Joel Salatin, from the documentary Fresh and the Academy Award-nominated Food Inc. For those unable to attend the full Conference, tickets are also available for Thursday night only!
Workshops and Discussions
Continuing on the Friday and Saturday, conference programs will include more than 30 food-related workshops, displays and a Good Eats Youth Gathering. Culinary Tour of Manitoba
You also won’t want to miss the Friday evening “Culinary Tour” showcasing some of Manitoba’s best chefs and the farmers who grew the food. It’s a fabulous way to remind us that even in the depths of winter, there are still delicious flavors of Manitoba to be found!
