Canada may be partially to blame as illegal fishing continues to threaten “Chilean Sea Bass”

TORONTO, Aug. 14 /CNW/ – After a decade of growing popularity in Canada's
kitchens and restaurants, the Chilean sea bass may soon be disappearing from
menus. Canada's refusal to join international efforts to distinguish legal
imports from illegally-harvested fish may be partially to blame. A study
