TORONTO, Feb. 28 /CNW/ – The final Greenbelt plan released today by the
McGuinty government is a significant victory for the environment,
Environmental Defence said. The Greenbelt will protect farmland, green space,
forests, headwaters and endangered species habitat in the Golden Horseshoe.
