Clean Air Foundation is encouraged by Environment Minister’s mercury collection plan

TORONTO, June 8 /CNW/ – The Clean Air Foundation is encouraged by the announcement by the Hon. Rona Ambrose, Minister of the Environment, of a pollution prevention plan for automotive switches that contain mercury. The Foundation views this initiative as an essential first step toward protecting people and the environment from unnecessary exposure to this dangerous toxic substance.
