B.C. boosts monitoring of sea lice

B.C. is expanding its sea lice monitoring program to cover all fish farms in B.C. in 2004. But it is not imposing a route to provide safe passage for tiny wild pink salmon smolts through the Broughton Archipelago, off northeastern Vancouver Island, as it did last year.
