International Meeting on Biodiversity Recognises Urgent Need to Protect Ancient Forests

MONTREAL, QC, Canada, Nov. 19 /CNW/ – The 5-day meeting of scientific
advisors to the international Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) came to
a close late Friday with limited progress made on approving a plan to protect
the health of the world's forests and forest biodiversity.
