House votes to open Alaska drilling

WASHINGTON – A triumphant George W. Bush proclaimed victory yesterday after the U.S. House of Representatives passed much of his energy plan, including a controversial provision to open Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil drilling.
